Our Commitment
Centium AI LLC wants everyone to be able to use centium.ai and the platform at app.centium.ai, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the product rather than as a one-time project.
The Standard We Build Against
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard covers things like sufficient color contrast, text that can be resized, content that works without a mouse, and markup that assistive technology can interpret correctly.
Centium is built and maintained by a small team, and we take accessibility seriously.
What We Have Done
- A “skip to content” link at the top of every page, so you can jump straight to the main text without tabbing through the menu
- Navigation menus that can be opened and moved through by keyboard, with focus kept inside an open dropdown and returned when it closes
- Dashboard controls built on component primitives that follow the WAI-ARIA authoring patterns, so dialogs, tabs, menus, and selectors work by keyboard
- Semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be navigated by structure
- Visible keyboard focus states on interactive elements
- Form fields sized so mobile browsers do not force a zoom when you focus them
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such
- Color choices checked for contrast, with meaning never carried by color alone
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
Your Data In Another Format
Charts are a visual way to read your data, not the only way. Every dashboard offers a full export of the underlying numbers as a spreadsheet or as CSV files, covering the same visibility, competitor, source, prompt, and citation data the charts are drawn from.
You can export from the dashboard menu. It is available to anyone with access to a dashboard, including people viewing through a shared link, and it needs no special request. If a chart is not working for you, the export gives you the same information in a plain tabular form that screen readers, spreadsheet software, and other tools handle well.
Try It Before You Subscribe
You should not have to pay to find out whether Centium works with the tools you use. A demo dashboard is open to anyone at try.centium.ai. It is the real dashboard with sample data, so you can test it with your screen reader, keyboard, or magnifier before you decide.
If you would rather have someone walk you through it, we will set up a call and go wherever you want to go in the product, including the parts the demo does not cover. Ask through our contact page.
Requesting an Accommodation
If any part of Centium is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will help. That includes getting you the information in another format, walking through the product with you directly, or fixing the underlying problem.
Email hello@centium.ai with the page or feature involved and what went wrong. We aim to respond within three business days, and we will tell you what we can fix and when.
Reporting a Problem
Reports are welcome from anyone, whether or not you are a customer. If you see something, please bring it to our attention and we will respond to it. The most useful details are the address of the page, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and what you expected to happen instead.
About This Statement
This page describes how we approach accessibility and what we know about where we stand today. It is a description, not a warranty. Centium is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis as set out in our Terms of Service, and nothing here promises a particular level of conformance, or a fix by a particular date. Some of what we display comes from other websites, such as cited source pages and embedded social posts, and those are outside our control.
What we will do is take what you tell us seriously and act on it. If something on this page is out of date or wrong, letting us know is the fastest way to get it put right.
