Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Centium AI platform operated by Centium AI LLC (“Centium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at centium.ai and app.centium.ai. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you are agreeing to these Terms for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and “you” in these Terms means that organization.
Account & Access
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may grant access to team members through our platform’s user management tools. You are responsible for managing your team’s access and permissions, and when you add a team member you confirm you may give us their name and email address so we can invite them and email them about the brands they can access.
Communications
We send email about your account and your dashboards, such as onboarding instructions, notices that a report is ready, and billing confirmations; these are part of the service. We may also send marketing email about Centium on the basis of your relationship with us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out does not affect the account emails above. Our Privacy Policy describes what we record about consent and email engagement.
Subscription & Payment
Centium operates on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are determined by your selected plan. Payment is made either through Stripe, our payment processor, or by invoice arranged directly with us. Invoiced billing is typically used by agencies and multi-brand accounts, and its terms are set out in the invoice or written agreement covering that account. Where those terms differ from this section, the written agreement controls. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice before your next billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually depending on your plan, at the current price for that plan. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all brand information, competitor data, and category details you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to operate the platform and deliver your AI visibility analysis.
When you connect third-party services such as Google Analytics, you authorize us to access and store aggregate data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform (see our Privacy Policy for details).
AI Model Interaction
Our platform queries AI models and AI search products (including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Google AI Mode) about categories and industries to measure brand visibility. Most are queried directly through each provider’s API. Google AI Mode is queried through a third-party search data provider, which receives the same category questions we send everywhere else. Your brand name and category information may be included in prompts sent to these AI models. No personal information or confidential business data is included in these prompts. You control your prompt methodology through the platform.
Platform Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access dashboards or data belonging to other users
- Exploit a vulnerability, or test for one in bad faith. Good-faith security research is welcome, and the next section explains how to report what you find
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our prompt methodology, scoring algorithms, or dashboard designs, or use what you learn from them to reproduce the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or export data beyond what the platform provides
- Send request volumes that degrade the platform for other customers, or work around rate limits
- Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Post a share link publicly, or give one to anyone you would not grant dashboard access
- Write prompts that would violate the usage policies of the AI providers we query
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Share links are built to work without a login, so anyone holding one has the access it grants. You are responsible for what happens through a link you create, and you can revoke any link at any time from the dashboard.
You control your prompt methodology, and your prompts are sent to AI providers using our accounts with them. Prompts must comply with those providers’ usage policies. We may decline to run, or remove, a prompt that puts our access to a model at risk, because losing that access would affect every customer.
If you publish claims based on Centium data, those claims are yours. You are responsible for how you describe your results, including any comparison you draw to another brand.
Reporting a Security Issue
We would rather hear about a problem than find out later. If you believe you have found a security issue, email hello@centium.ai with enough detail for us to reproduce it.
We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith, gives us a reasonable chance to fix it before going public, and does not access, change, or keep another customer’s data along the way. Looking and telling us is welcome. Taking, breaking, or holding on to what you find is not.
Intellectual Property
Our platform, methodology, scoring algorithms, prompt frameworks, and dashboard designs are the intellectual property of Centium AI LLC. Your subscription grants you access to use the platform and view your data. It does not grant ownership of or rights to our underlying technology.
You may use and share your dashboard data, reports, and insights for your own business purposes.
Availability & Support
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centium AI LLC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the data, analysis, and recommendations it produces will be accurate, complete, or current. Our analysis reflects what AI models returned at the time we asked them. Those models change without notice, and the same question can produce different answers on different days.
We would rather you see this for yourself than take our word for it. A working demo dashboard is open to anyone at try.centium.ai with no account and no payment, and we will walk you through the full product on a call if you ask. Evaluate it before you subscribe. Demo access is provided on the same “as is” and “as available” basis as the rest of the platform, is for evaluation only, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Centium AI provides brand visibility analysis based on AI model outputs. AI model behavior changes over time and is outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or improvements in AI model recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centium AI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centium AI LLC from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or claims you publish based on data from the platform.
We will tell you promptly about any claim we expect to be indemnified for, and you may control the defense of it. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our part, or that puts an obligation on us, without our agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. We may retain your data for a reasonable period after termination to allow for reactivation, after which it will be deleted. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
General
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms stays in effect.
Survival. The sections covering Your Data, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law continue to apply after your subscription ends.
Entire agreement. These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any written agreement or invoice covering your account are the entire agreement between us about the platform. They replace any earlier discussions, proposals, or understandings.
