Centium AI LLC (“Centium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website centium.ai and the platform at app.centium.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. You may sign in using Google Authentication or email, in which case we receive your name and email address from your Google account.
Brand and Business Data
When you use our platform, you provide information about your brand, including your brand name, website domain, competitor names, and category information. This data is used to generate your AI visibility analysis.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Analytics Data (Optional)
If you choose to connect your Google Analytics account, we access your website traffic data in read-only mode using the Google Analytics Data API. We query for aggregate metrics including session counts by traffic source, top landing pages, and conversion data. This data is stored as monthly summaries in our database to provide trend analysis and AI referral performance tracking. No individual visitor data or personally identifiable analytics data is accessed or stored. OAuth refresh tokens used to maintain your connection are stored securely using Google Cloud Secret Manager. You can disconnect this access at any time.
Usage Data
We automatically collect basic usage information such as pages visited, login timestamps, and browser type through Google Analytics on our platform.
Contact and Email Records
We keep contact details for the people we work with (name, email address, and the brands or plans connected to you) and a record of the emails we send you, including whether they were delivered, opened, or clicked. When you subscribe through a form on our site, we also record when you did so and a hashed form of your IP address as evidence of your consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain your AI visibility dashboard
- Analyze how your brand appears across AI models
- Generate recommendations to improve your AI visibility
- Process your payments and manage your subscription
- Send emails about your account, such as onboarding instructions, dashboard updates, and subscription confirmations
- Send marketing email about Centium: research, product updates, and plans and offers. You can opt out at any time; account and dashboard emails are not affected
- Improve our platform and develop new features
We may also publish aggregated, anonymized category and model-level benchmarks derived from platform data. These benchmarks never identify individual brands, customers, or users.
Marketing Email and Consent
If you have an account with us, have purchased a plan, or are the contact on a brand we analyze, we may send you marketing email on the basis of that relationship; if you subscribe through a form on our site, we send you the topics you chose. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and a link to manage your preferences. Opt-outs take effect promptly and are honored permanently, and we keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out. Emails about your account and your dashboards are part of the service and are not affected by your marketing preferences.
Email Tracking
Our emails may include a tracking image and tracked links so we can tell whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this to understand which content is useful and to keep our sending reputable. We store counts, timestamps, and the links clicked, not IP addresses or device details.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate our platform:
- Google Cloud / Firebase for hosting, authentication, and database services
- Stripe for payment processing
- Resend for email delivery
- AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI) may receive your brand name and category as part of analysis prompts, but no personal information. The user has control over which prompts are issued.
- A third-party search data provider, which we use to query Google AI Mode. It receives the same category questions we send to the AI models above, and no personal information.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our business.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Our platform uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls to safeguard your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Google API Services Disclosure
Centium AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google Analytics data in read-only mode to display aggregate AI referral traffic metrics on your dashboard. We store monthly summary data (session counts by traffic source, top landing pages, and revenue totals) to power trend analysis and recommendations. No individual user-level analytics data is accessed, stored, or shared. You can disconnect Google Analytics access at any time from your dashboard settings.
Data Retention
We retain your account and brand data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We keep records of the emails we send you, and of any opt-out, for as long as we need them to run our email and honor your choices. If you ask us to delete your contact record, we keep only a hashed form of your email address so that it is not added back.
Your Rights
You may:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of marketing email at any time, using the unsubscribe or manage-preferences link in any marketing email or by writing to us
- Disconnect your own Google Analytics account from Centium at any time, from the dashboard. When you do, we delete the stored access token, and you can choose to delete the traffic data we have already collected along with it

Data Deletion
To delete your Centium account and all associated brand and analytics data, email hello@centium.ai and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Centium does not use Facebook Login or Instagram Login, and does not collect or store private account data or personal information from Meta platforms. When an AI assistant cites a public Instagram or Facebook post as a source about a product category, we display that citation in the relevant brand report, storing only the public author handle and post type as attribution with a link back to the original post. To request removal of a specific post citation, email hello@centium.ai with the URL of the post, and we will remove it within 30 days.
International Users
Centium is operated from the United States and your information is stored and processed there. If you are outside the United States, we send marketing email to existing customers and business contacts on the basis of that relationship and to everyone else only with your consent; you can withdraw either at any time. If your local law gives you additional rights over your information, write to us and we will honor them.
Children
Centium is a business tool. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@centium.ai and we will delete it.
Cookies and Analytics
Our platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. These keep you signed in and cannot be turned off.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our site and platform are used, which collects aggregate information such as pages visited, traffic sources, and general location. We do not use it for advertising, and on our website we do not use advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or session recording tools. Email open and click tracking is described above under Email Tracking.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your use of the platform.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date.
